Abstract

Literary adaptation has reached a new dimention especially from the modern era. The process of adaptation has gone through many technical and asthetical changes. This article deals with film adaptation. It examines how a particular novel has been converted into film and issues that arise from changing media. To provide the great understanding of adaptation theory, this article includes adaptation studies followed by Louis Gainnet’s. In this essay, the best known modes of adaptative tactics are described and examples used to demonstrate aLiteral mode, Loose mode and Faithful mode of cinematic transfe. The main goal of this article is to prove the author’s point of view to satisfy current taste of the audience.
